non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy. The balance must be paid in full before the
puppy leaves here or contract will be void and deposit forfeited.

1) This puppy is
guaranteed to be in good health and has been vaccinated and de-wormed properly
for the puppy’s present age. Breeder
will provide accurate health records for this puppy. This guarantee is warranted to the original
purchaser for 3 days. Should the
veterinarian find this puppy to have a serious life threatening illness or
disease (excluding parasites or coccidian) breeder will replace with a puppy of
equal value, when available. Puppy must
be returned and accompanied with documented proof of illness from licensed
veterinarian, within 7 days of purchase.
Breeder reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a licensed
veterinarian of her choice to verify diagnosis before replacing. Breeder will decide if puppy will be replaced
and choose replacement puppy.
2) This animal is guaranteed to be
free of any crippling/disabling defects visible by 12 months of age, to the
original purchaser. Determination of
such must be attested to by a certified veterinarian, x-rays and evaluation, by
a veterinarian of the breeder’s choice.
3) This puppy is sold on a non-breeding
registration. This puppy MUST be spayed/neutered
by 7 months of age. Proof that the pup
has been spayed or neutered is required before we send the registration to the
new owner. If
buyer does not spay or neuter their dog by allotted time, they are liable for
up to $5000 in damages.
4) It is required that you find a reputable veterinarian to
keep the puppy up to date on vaccinations and health issues. If unforeseen circumstances arise, such as
family break up or moving, and you must give up your dog, I will try my best to
help you place your dog in a suitable home (no refunds or exchanges). Breeder assumes no responsibility for puppy
after it leaves premises, including medical costs, and family situations. *UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE BREEDER
PAY VETERINARIAN BILLS OR TRANSPORTATION COSTS.
5)Color of puppy will not be
guaranteed, as most Poodles change with time.
Purchase statement: I understand by signing this
agreement it becomes a binding contract, and acknowledge that I have read,
understood and agree to the conditions of this sales agreement.
