A little about us...

We are a small breeder in the Pembina Valley, in Southern Manitoba.  Our goal is to produce the nicest, healthiest, calmest puppies around!  We are striving to produce beautiful phantom marked, CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) registered puppies.  During this process, we will also have solid colors, as well as parti colored pups available.  We took great care in choosing our furry family, so that they are great examples of what a Standard Poodle should be... agile, gentle, intelligent, graceful and stunning to look at!  A Standard Poodle is so versatile that it could be just the addition you're looking for!  Used as police dogs, water retrievers, guard dogs, circus dogs, babysitters, cart & sled pullers... they are not just pretty faces!  For the vast majority of people Standard Poodles don't bother their allergies, however on occasion people have been allergic to their saliva, and in extremely rare cases have reacted to the dog itself.

A PHANTOM marked poodle is considered a parti, as it has two different colors.  It has 'doberman' like markings, and can be in may different colors, black and cream, chocolate and apricot, blue & silver...etc.  I fell in love when I saw my first phantom, and had to have one!  (Now I have 2:)
All our puppies will be microchipped, come with CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) registration, be vaccinated, and dewormed. Shipping can be arranged out of Winnipeg, MB or Grand Forks, ND.  CKC registered puppies can be transferred to AKC (American Kennel Club).  

TO PARTI OR NOT TO PARTI ?
PARTI, or MULTI colored Poodles are nothing new, they are considered by some to be the first poodle.  Very old paintings depict black and white parti colored poodles, also called multi colored poodles.  (To be considered a parti poodle the dog must have a lot of their second color, generally a light color.  A dog with just a bit of white would be considered a mismarked solid, or abstract.)  The trend in Europe was toward solid colored dogs, so unfortunately the parti puppies that were born were culled out.  This didn't prevent parti's from being around, as they come from solid dogs, and give birth to solid colored dogs as well.  The parti poodles now being bred are mostly from the USA, where more and more breeders are dedicated to improving the parti poodle.  Parti poodles are 100% poodle!  They are fighting what I call racism in the poodle world, as some people believe that solid colored poodles are the way to go.  Parti poodles are every bit as intelligent, beautiful and loyal as any dog.  They are just blessed with much more variety.  All our dogs are CKC registered, and some are also AKC registered.

Our puppies play with children, adults & other dogs.  They go for car rides, walks, and are groomed regularly.  We get them used to crates, steps & different surfaces in and out of the home.  We do our best to ensure that you are getting a lovely, well adjusted pet for your family!
